Dr. Barrueta was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She attended the University of Miami where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry and graduated Cum Laude. She then attended NYU School of Medicine in NYC, the 2nd best ranked medical school in the United States. She did her residency at Maricopa Trauma and Medical Center, in Phoenix Arizona, obtaining her medical degree in 2003 and her board certifications in 2006.

Dr. Barrueta is a seasoned board-certified physician. Her years of experience and commitment to staying up to date on the latest advances in the aesthetics field make her one of the most sought-after physicians in Miami.
